With BookingsPlus Room Bookings, you benefit from various real-time calendar views that allow you to address customer inquiries immediately.

Availability of rooms and resources all on the one screen

Easily see the availability of rooms and resources with the colour-coded timetable, either by day or by week. You can even book multiple rooms at the same time - no need to enter information multiple times.

Intelligent Recurring Bookings

Easy recurrence options allow you to repeat a seemingly complex booking with no fuss. For example, select repeat every weekday for the next two weeks. No need to worry about conflicts, the Room Booking System highlights any unavailable times.

Online Credit Card Payments

Using the BookingsPlus Online Payment Gateway you can offer your customers the convenience of paying their deposit or the full fee using Visa, MasterCard or American Express for Room Bookings, Resource Bookings and Facility Bookings.

Booking Notes

Define an unlimited number of fields to store additional data with a booking. Administrators can define text fields such as "Payment Details" or "Number of Guests" and drop down menus such as "Deposit Paid" and specify if any of these are mandatory. This is useful to find out why each room is being booked or obtain certain required information with each booking.

With BookingsPlus event listing and bookings module, it’s easy to creating online event registration pages. The online event registration application makes planning your event simple and hassle free. Registrants to your events are still able to make phone/over-the-counter bookings as well as registering online or verified against a database like a library management system.

Easily see the all the upcoming events in a calendar view, hover over or click the event to see more detail. There is an event search function and events can be filtered by location. Registrants can also self manage their bookings online.

Design and branding

BookingsPlus gives you the ability to brand your events page with your existing visual identity. This can be done either through uploading your logo to the top of the page, or creating a branded image for the entire header.There is also space for add an image for each event.

Event Ticketing

Attendees can print tickets from home. Each ticket contains a QR Code which can be scanned by event staff using a smart phone or tablet to record attendance to the event.
